I enjoyed its silent and neat rooms.
Had a just perfect time. The hotel was perfect little and overlooked swimming pool. I was here for 8 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant which had a lovely atmosphere. The service was good, the food was tasty. Besides, parking was available nearby. The location was favourable and amazing - ease of access to Conference Palace Convention Center...

The amani has really good staff who are very friendly. My room was spacious, enjoying a lovely view while retaining cleanliness. The breakfast in the cafe was vibrant and warmed up the mornings.
the pool could use more attention 🏊♂️

We slept very well on the beds, two separate rooms in the Junior suite was also very nice, good showers. Nice breakfast.
The hotel staff were a bit sloppy, first they showed us the wrong location of the hotel on the map, which gave us trouble when returning to the hotel, next they forgot the wake up call and also the airport shuttle was (a little) late. The swimming pool is not really big and mainly nice to look at.

Excellent staff and comfy stay
Super friendly staff always ready to help! The little pool was refreshing after the long hot days, but it got crowded pretty quick. Breakfast had fresh orange juice, a real mood boost. Just a bit noisy at night with street sounds, but I still slept well with the cozy bed.

The location proved to be convenient, being a pleasant 40-minute walk to the Medina. The friendly staff stood out, particularly Yussef, who offered really good assistance. Enjoying freshly baked bread at breakfast was a highlight, although the offerings were limited and repetitive. The simple bathroom facilities met basic needs, but the noise from the street required some patience due to the lack of soundproofing.

Good facilities maintenance (no old walls, carpets, corrdiors...), Clean rooms and WCs.
Staff is over-surveillant with guests which can be annoying sometimes.

We have stayed in a family room of this hotel for the last night in Marrakech. We liked the swimming pool. The family room of small spartment style had two air conditioners, two TVs and a fridge. We also liked a small balcony with a good view. Staffs were kind. Hotel offered late check out time (3pm) which were much helpful to stay until the time to go to the airport
WiFi signal could not reach to our room on 3rd floor.

mixed feelings about the stay
The staff at La Terraza were friendly, always serving with warmth and a smile! The beautiful art pieces throughout the hotel created a luxurious atmosphere. I also loved the peacefulness of my corner room with a good view of the main road.
The breakfast offerings lacked variety and could improve to better align with the luxurious setting.

Simply nothing too much trouble, excellent stay. Modern hotel with a rooftop restaurant and accommodating staff. And set next to the train station. Magnificent location, huge room with amazing views at sunrise and sunset. A wide range of food available in the cafe. Quick check in and late check out. Free Wi-Fi provided in the venue.

Basic hotel for a basic price. Facilities are basic, breakfast is a little basic but fine. Everything is very clean, in principle an average hotel. Ideal to sleep and to explore Marrakech. But if you want to explore mainly focussed on the older part of the city I would not advise to stay in this area because then the Medina is a nicer place. We stayed in this hotel the last two nights before flying back home. After having stayed in some other fantastic places (in Essaoira and in Marrakech - area Medina (first nights after our arrival in Marroco)) hotel Amani was a little bit a disappointment to finish our holiday. We selected it under the definition family hotel but I think it is no family hotel. We have not really complains and it would also not be fair to do but we stayed at some other (much) nicer places. The pool is very small but alright for a short afternoon refreshment.
The locks of the doors of the room make a lot of noise when closing / opening. This can be a little annoying during the night. The roof top is under construction and not really a nice place to sit down and have a drink / read a book.
